Requirements:
Educational
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Experience
- 4+ years proven experience working as a graphic designer in a creative agency or in-house design team.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Premier Pro etc.).
- Familiarity with print and digital production processes and specifications.
- CSS, animation, and videography experience are advantageous.
- Photography and videography skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) advantageous.
Skills
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities
Content Creation and Design
- Create and Edit Assets : Design high-quality, visually compelling materials for digital platforms (websites, email campaigns), print, packaging, and presentations. Ensure product visuals, specifications, pricing, and other elements are accurate, appealing, and aligned with brand identity.
- Content Optimisation : Optimise content for mobile responsiveness, site speed, and user engagement. Conduct A/B testing and refine processes for maximum efficiency.
Collaboration and Execution
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, internal communications, product, and management teams to develop content aligned with brand guidelines and company objectives.
- Content Deployment : Execute email marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, deployment, and the creation of engaging subject lines and multimedia content.
Content Management and Performance Monitoring
- Content Maintenance : Publish, schedule, and maintain accurate, up-to-date content across digital and email platforms.
- Performance Analytics : Monitor published content performance using analytics tools. Leverage data insights to make informed content decisions and drive improvements.
Project and File Management
- Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Design File Organisation : Maintain and organise design files and assets for streamlined access and future use.
Innovation and Industry Trends
- Trend Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance content quality and innovation.
